RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AURACEMI, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of epoxy resin, coatings, sealers, and chemical products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

A replacement may be provided only in the following cases:

• Product received in damaged condition.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Manufacturing defect confirmed by our technical team.

CLAIM CONDITIONS

• Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, leakage, shortage, or wrong product claims.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

The following cases are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect application or mixing ratio used by the customer.
• Improper storage or handling of the product.
• Minor color or shade variation between batches.
• Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
• Damage caused due to customer negligence.

REPLACEMENT PROCESS

To request a replacement, customers must contact us with:

• Order number
• Product photos
• Unboxing video
• Description of the issue

After verification, an approved replacement will be dispatched.

REFUNDS

We generally do not provide refunds. Approved cases will be resolved through replacement of the product.
